શું જિંદગી અઘરી છે????

ખરે ખરે ! જિંદગી અઘરી છે? કદાચ હા અને કદાચ ના. શું અઘરું છે? આપણું ધાર્યું નો થાય તો અઘરી? આપણી મન ગમતી વસ્તુ નો મળે તો અઘરી? બાળકો પતિ કે પત્ની કે ઘરના સભ્યો આપણા કહેવા પ્રમાણે નો કરે તો અઘરી? કામ ધંધામાં આપણે ધરેલો નફો નો મળે તો અઘરી? આપણે જોઈએ એવુ વાતાવરણ (weather) નો હોઈ તો અઘરી?

ખરેખર! ઘણી અઘરી કહેવાય ભાઈ. એમાં બધું જ આપણા કહેવા અને માનવા પ્રમાણે થતું હોઈ તો જિંદગી ખુબ સરળ, ખરુંને?

તો શું આવું બને છે જિંદગીમાં????

તો શું બધું થાય છે આપણા કહેવા મુજબ કે આપણા ધાર્યા મુજબ?? આપણો જવાબ હશે હા અને ના બંને માં, બરોબર ને.

હકીકત તો એ છે કે આપણે બોવ બધી અપેક્ષાઓ બાંધી લઈએ છીએ દરેક કાર્ય સાથે, ઈચ્છાઓ સાથે, વ્યક્તિઓ સાથે. જયારે તે આપણા ધાર્યા પ્રમાણે કરે છે કે આપણા ધાર્યા પ્રમાણે ઘટના બંને છે તો આપણે ખુશ અને કહીએ કે વાહ! જિંદગી ખુબ સરળ છે. પરંતુ આનાથી કાંઈ જુદું બંને કે જે આપણે વિચાર્યું નોહતું ઇચ્છયું નોહતું તો ત્યારે બધું ખુબ જ અઘરું બની જાય છે.

તો શું આપણે વિચારવું નહિ? આપણે કાંઈ ધારવું નહિ? કોઈ પાસે અપેક્ષાઓ રાખવી નહિ?

ના એવુ નહિ પણ આપણે એ ઈચ્છાઓ સાથે, કાર્યો સાથે, એ સંબધો સાથે જોડાવું નહિ એટલે કે જેમ કમળનું ફૂલ પાણીમાં તો રહે છે પરંતુ પાણી તને સ્પર્શ નથી કરી શકતું તેવી જ રીતે જીવનના બધા જ કર્યો કરવા, ઈચ્છાઓ કરવી, અપેક્ષાઓ પણ રાખવી પરંતુ આપણા મનને કમળની જેમ પાણીથી જુદું રાખવું. એટલે કે આપણું ધાર્યું થાય તો બોવ સારુ અને જો નો થાય તો કાંઈ નહિ. આવી રીતે એ પરિસ્થિતિમાં જોડાયેલા રહેશું તો જિંદગી અઘરી થઈ પડશે પરંતુ તે પરિસ્થિતિ સંજોગોથી જુદા થઈને વિચારશું તો એ જ કાર્ય ને સારી રીતે સફળ બનાવવાનો રસ્તો મળશે જ. પછી ભલે તે કાર્ય હોઈ કે વ્યક્તિ. એટલે ભગવાને ગીતામાં પણ સાક્ષી ભાવ રાખીને કાર્ય કરવાનું કહ્યું છે.

Is life hard???

Really! Is life tough? Maybe yes and maybe no. Is it tough? Hard if we don't think so? Hard to find something we like? Is it difficult for children, spouses or family members to do as we say? Is it difficult to get the profit we have made in the work business? Tough if we don't have the weather we want?

Really! Very tough called brother. Life is much easier if everything goes according to what we say and believe, right?

So does this happen in life ????

So does everything happen as we say or as we assume ?? Our answer would be yes and no, right.

The fact is that we bow to all expectations, with every action, with desires, with individuals. When he does what we expect or the event happens as we expect, we are happy and say wow! Life is so simple. But anything becomes much more difficult if we don't think about it or not.

So shouldn't we think? Don't we have to assume anything? Don't have expectations?

No, but we should not connect with those desires, with deeds, with those relationships, that is, just like a lotus flower stays in the water but water cannot touch you, in the same way to do all the deeds of life, to have desires, to have expectations, but our Keeping the mind separate from water like a lotus. That is, if we assume, the bow is good and if it is not, then nothing. Life will be difficult if we remain involved in such a situation, but if we think differently from that situation, we will find a way to make the same work a success. Then whether it be a task or a person. That is why God has asked us to act in the Gita as well.
